Die HYPO NOE ist ein verlässlicher Pa... 1 Process Performance & Value Manager:in (w/m/x) * Sie schaffen die Grundlage für fundierte Entscheidungen, indem Sie Prozesskennzahlen, Aufwände, Kosten, Qualitätskennzahlen und weitere relevante Baselines transparent aufbereiten. * Business Cases entwickeln und hinterfragen Sie gemeinsam mit den Stakeholder:innen und sorgen für eine realistische Bewertung von Nutzen, Aufwand, Kosten und Risiken. * KPI- und Messkonzepte gestalten Sie so, dass Prozessleistung, Kund:innen- und Mitarbeiter:innenwirkung sowie wirtschaftlicher Nutzen nachvollziehbar miteinander verknüpft werden. * Gemeinsam mit den relevanten Bereichen stellen Sie eine hohe Datenqualität sicher, definieren Verantwortlichkeiten und entwickeln aussagekräftige Dashboards sowie Management-Informationen. * Die tatsächliche Wirkung von Umsetzungen verfolgen Sie nach dem Go-live aktiv nach und bewerten realisierte Effekte gemeinsam mit Process Ownern und Controlling. * Durch transparente Kennzahlen und belastbare Entscheidungsgrundlagen unterstützen Sie Priorisierungen, Portfolioentscheidungen und die Identifikation weiterer Optimierungspotenziale.

Ihr Profil als Ergebnisbringer:in * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Performance Management, Controlling, Business Analytics, Operational Excellence oder Prozesssteuerung. * Sehr gute Fähigkeiten in Business-Case-Modellierung, KPI-Design, Ursachenanalyse, Szenario- und Sensitivitätsrechnung. * Sicherer Umgang mit BI-Tools und Excel sowie gutes Verständnis von Datenmodellen, Datenqualität und nachvollziehbarer Kennzahlendokumentation. * Verständnis für den Zusammenhang zwischen Prozessänderungen, Kapazitäten, Kosten, Qualität und Risiko sowie die Fähigkeit, Annahmen konstruktiv zu challengen und Unsicherheit klar zu kommunizieren. * Erfahrung im Aufbau von Baselines und im Nachweis realisierter Effekte; Kenntnisse in Process Mining sind von Vorteil. * Ausgeprägte Umsetzungsorientierung und Freude an enger Zusammenarbeit mit Process Ownern, IT, Controlling und Transformation; Erfahrung in regulierten Organisationen ist von Vorteil.
