FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING Voor een innovatieve en internationaal actieve productieonderneming in de regio Zulte zijn wij op zoek naar een Process Technieker Spuitgieterij.

Wat behoort tot uw takenpakket?

  • Opstarten, instellen en ombouwen van spuitgietmachines
  • Optimaliseren van productieprocessen met aandacht voor kwaliteit, rendement en efficiëntie
  • Analyseren en oplossen van proces- en kwaliteitsproblemen
  • Uitvoeren van proefruns en procesverbeteringen
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden aan operatoren en productiemedewerkers
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en vrijgaven van producten
  • Signaleren en rapporteren van afwijkingen
  • Meewerken aan continue verbeteringsprojecten binnen de afdeling

PROFIEL

  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma (kunststoffen, elektromechanica, mechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
  • Ervaring binnen een spuitgietomgeving is een sterke troef
  • Je hebt een goed inzicht in productieprocessen en techniek
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsbewust
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel
  • Kennis van kunststofverwerking is een pluspunt
