En krijg je er energie van om daar vervolgens ook écht iets mee te doen? Als Procesverbeteraar krijg je de vrijheid om verbeteringen niet alleen te bedenken, maar ook zelf op te zetten, door te voeren en te borgen. Je krijgt een nieuwe functie binnen de organisatie. Er ligt dus geen volledig uitgestippeld pad voor je klaar. Als Procesverbeteraar onderzoek je hoe de dienstverlening en klantbeleving verder kunnen worden verbeterd. Je analyseert klantfeedback, KPI's, kwaliteitsinformatie en BI-rapportages en vertaalt deze naar concrete acties. Daarbij kijk je verder dan een losse afwijking of klacht: waar ontstaat deze, wat zeggen de gegevens en hoe kan het proces structureel beter? Je werkt hierbij samen met onder andere Commercie, Operatie, Klantenservice en ICT/Data. Ook ontvang je informatie van kwaliteitsmedewerkers die controles uitvoeren op bijvoorbeeld chauffeurs, voertuigen en de uitvoering van de dienstverlening. Jij brengt deze inzichten bij elkaar en zorgt dat verbeteracties worden opgepakt en opgevolgd. Daarnaast help je het kwaliteitsmanagement verder professionaliseren. ISO-certificeringen en audits werden voorheen extern georganiseerd en worden steeds meer intern geborgd. Je hoeft hiervoor nog geen ISO-specialist te zijn. Ervaring hiermee is mooi meegenomen, maar jouw vermogen om processen te analyseren, verbeteren en collega's mee te krijgen weegt zwaarder. Als Procesverbeteraar houd je je onder andere bezig met: - analyseren van klantfeedback, KPI's, dashboards en BI-rapportages; - signaleren van knelpunten en vertalen hiervan naar concrete verbeteracties; - verbeteren en borgen van processen volgens de PDCA-methodiek; - bewaken van verbeteracties en zorgen dat afspraken daadwerkelijk worden uitgevoerd; - vertalen van kwaliteitscontroles, klachten en inciden...
