Als Procurement Manager vervul je een sleutelrol binnen onze organisatie en combineer je strategisch inzicht met operationele nauwkeurigheid.

Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid binnen een internationale context en werkt nauw samen met diverse stakeholders.

JOUW VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN:

  • Je maakt deel uit van een internationaal procurementteam (België, Roemenië, Bangladesh en China).
  • Je ondersteunt tenderprojecten door tijdig en tegen optimale voorwaarden materialen aan te kopen, met aandacht voor de Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
  • Je staat in voor de wereldwijde sourcing van nieuwe, hoogtechnologische materialen.
  • Je beheert en actualiseert de centrale bibliotheek van stoffen en accessoires die binnen de groep worden gebruikt of gesourcet.
  • Je sourcet weefsels en trimmings op basis van technische specificaties opgesteld door klanten of interne stakeholders.
  • Je onderhoudt actieve communicatie met leveranciers, verzamelt offertes en vergelijkt voorstellen.
  • Op basis van de Bill of Materials (BOM) bereken je de kostprijs van artikelen binnen jouw toegewezen projecten.
  • Je volgt marktontwikkelingen op en bezoekt leveranciers en internationale vakbeurzen wanneer nodig.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Procurement Manager en draagt bij aan een vlotte samenwerking en kennisdeling binnen het team.
  • Bachelor denkniveau en eerste relevante ervaring binnen aankoop in een internationale productomgeving
  • Kennis en/of affiniteit met textielsector is een pluspunt
  • Goede kennis MS office, ervaring in Sap is een troef
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en spreekt/schrijft goed Engels en Frans. Kennis van Duits is een plus;
  • Je beschikt over commerciële reflexen en onderhandelingsvaardigheden waarmee je alert weet in te spelen op veranderende situaties;
  • Je beschikt over sterke analytische en administratieve vaardigheden en bent communicatief zeer sterk;
  • Je bent een geboren onderhandelaar met een commerciële drive;
  • Je bent zelfstandig, assertief en stressbestendig en laat je niet uit het lood slaan door korte deadlines of gewijzigde prioriteiten;
  • Je hebt een basis kennis import en export;
  • Je streeft naar continue verbetering;
  • Het vermogen om de technische specificaties van materialen te begrijpen en te evalueren
