Zur Verstärkung von unserem Facility Management suchen wir eine:n 5 Procurement Manager:in (w/m/d) Aufgaben

* Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung strategischer Beschaffungsaktivitäten für Liefer- und Dienstleistungen

* Umsetzung und Optimierung von Beschaffungsprozessen im SAP S/4HANA-Umfeld

* Planung, Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Ausschreibungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und der Rechtsabteilung

* Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Einkaufsstrategien, Warengruppenmanagement und Beschaffungsstandards

* Verantwortung für den Vertragslebenszyklus einschließlich Fristenmanagement, Vertragsverlängerungen, Nachverhandlungen und Neuausschreibungen

* Analyse von Beschaffungsmärkten sowie Identifikation von Optimierungs- und Einsparungspotenzialen

* Beratung und Unterstützung interner Kund:innen in Beschaffungsfragen

* Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Einkaufsprozessen im Rahmen der SAP S/4HANA-Transformation

Qualifikationen

Wir richten uns sowohl an erfahrene Strategische Einkäufer:innen als auch an motivierte Nachwuchskräfte, die sich in den strategischen Einkauf entwickeln möchten.

* Abgeschlossene wirtschaftliche, kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (z. B. HAK, FH, Universität) oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung

* Erste Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, Supply Chain Management oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld von Vorteil

* Für erfahrene Kandidat:innen: mehrjährige Erfahrung im strategischen Einkauf oder Vergabemanagement

* Interesse an digitalen Prozessen sowie SAP S/4HANA oder die Bereitschaft, sich in das System einzuarbeiten

* Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern

* Kenntnisse des Bundesvergabegesetzes (BVergG) oder Erfahrung mit öffentlichen Ausschreibungen sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung

* Lernbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung im strategischen Einkauf
