Über diese Stelle

Im Bereich Quality stellen Sie sicher, dass Produkte und Prozesse den höchsten Qualitätsstandards entsprechen. Durch die Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen tragen Sie aktiv dazu bei, Fehler zu minimieren und die Effizienz zu steigern. Ihre Arbeit ist entscheidend, um die Kundenzufriedenheit zu maximieren und die langfristige Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Unternehmens zu sichern.

Deine Aufgaben

* Erstellen von Lieferantenreklamationen inkl. MRB, Koordination mit anderen Abteilungen, Retoure und Verrechnung

* Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen

* Einfordern von Ursachenanalysen inkl. Abstell- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen(8D, A3, 5 Why, etc.)

* Claim Erstellung und aktive Teilnahme an Verhandlungen

* Qualitätsverantwortung über die gesamte Lieferantenkette einer Commodity

* FAI Abnahme entsprechend der AS9102 (auch vor Ort und mit dem Kunden)

* Durchführung von Prozess- und Produktaudits (mit Kundenkontakt)

* Qualitätsplanung für Lieferanten (Q-Pläne, FAI, ATP, WE-Prüfung)

* Durchführung von Lieferantenqualifizierungen und Prozesszulassungen

* Erstellen von Improvement Plänen bei Lieferanten mit Kundenkontakt

* Durchführung und Leitung von Verbesserungsprojekten (extern/intern)

* Stammdatenpflege

* Mitarbeit im Lieferantenauswahlprozess

* Organisation von Meetings mit Lieferanten

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene höhere Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Bachelor)

* Mind. 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung im Einkauf/Qualitätsmanagement

* Auditerfahrung

* Auditor Zulassung

* Technisches Verständnis

* Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (verhandlungssicher)

* MS Office Kenntnisse

* SAP Erfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung

* Internationale Erfahrung

* Reisebereitschaft (mind. 20 %)

Ihr Jahresgehalt richtet sich nach Ihren beruflichen Vorerfahrungen und Ihrer Ausbildung und liegt zwischen € 43.000,- und € 55.000,- brutto pa. auf Vollzeitbasis. Bei entsprechender Übererfüllung der Anforderungen können wir diesen Rahmen individuell anpassen.
