Als Product Information Coordinator zorg jij ervoor dat productgegevens nauwkeurig worden beheerd en vlot beschikbaar zijn voor collega's, klanten en verschillende digitale kanalen. Dankzij jouw gestructureerde aanpak blijft alle informatie overzichtelijk, correct en gebruiksklaar.Werk je graag met data, heb je oog voor detail en haal je voldoening uit het beheren en optimaliseren van informatiestromen? Dan is deze functie misschien iets voor jou.Wat ga je doen?Als Product Information Coordinator vorm je een belangrijke schakel tussen verschillende afdelingen en zorg je ervoor dat productinformatie centraal en kwaliteitsvol wordt beheerd.Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

  • Verzamelen, beheren en actualiseren van productgegevens in verschillende systemen.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit, volledigheid en consistentie van productinformatie.
  • Samenwerken met interne afdelingen om ontbrekende of gewijzigde gegevens tijdig te verwerken.
  • Coördineren van productinformatie voor catalogi, websites, productdocumentatie en andere communicatiekanalen.
  • Structureren en optimaliseren van databronnen en processen.
  • Ondersteunen van collega's bij vragen rond productdata en informatiestromen.
  • Signaleren van verbeterpunten en meewerken aan efficiëntere werkwijzen.
  • Mee zorgen voor een uniforme en professionele presentatie van productinformatie.
