Over de functie Ben jij een Product Owner die energie krijgt van complexe processen, digitale dienstverlening en producten waarbij betrouwbaarheid en kwaliteit écht het verschil maken? Weet jij complexe regels en klantbehoeften te vertalen naar gebruiksvriendelijke én schaalbare digitale oplossingen? Dan is dit jouw kans om impact te maken op hoe professionals worden geëxamineerd en gecertificeerd. De rol Als Product Owner Exam ben je verantwoordelijk voor de digitale producten en processen van Examenadviesburo en COEL. Binnen dit domein komen examinering, certificering en stelselbeheer samen. Je ondersteunt daarmee niet alleen het afnemen van examens, maar ook opdrachtgevers waarvoor we de digitale processen rondom een volledig certificerings- of erkenningsstelsel faciliteren. Jouw productdomein bestrijkt daardoor een brede keten: van registratie, inschrijving en planning tot examenafname, beoordeling, resultaatverwerking en certificering. Binnen stelselbeheer gaat dit nog een stap verder. Denk aan het registreren van professionals en organisaties, het beheren van kwalificaties en erkenningen en het bewaken van geldigheid, nascholing en hercertificering. Jij doorgrondt de verschillende rollen (personas), processen en business rules en vertaalt deze naar heldere digitale functionaliteiten, zodat informatie betrouwbaar door de gehele keten stroomt. Dat maakt deze rol inhoudelijk uitdagend. Verschillende opdrachtgevers en stelsels kennen hun eigen regels, processen en gebruikersgroepen, terwijl examen- en certificeringsprocessen tegelijkertijd moeten voldoen aan hoge eisen rondom betrouwbaarheid, kwaliteit, onafhankelijkheid en compliance. Jij weet deze complexiteit terug te brengen tot een logisch en gebruiksvriendelijk product en zoekt continu naar de juiste balans tussen specifieke klantbehoeften (beoordeelt waar de meeste waarde zit...
