Deine Aufgaben * Du entwickelst und kommunizierst die Produktstrategie und -vision basierend auf den Unternehmenszielen und den Bedürfnissen der Nutzer*innen. * In deiner Verantwortung liegt das Produkt-Backlog, das du nach dem geschäftlichen Mehrwert priorisierst. * Die Steuerung der Produkt-Roadmap sowie die enge Abstimmung mit Stakeholder*innen und Verantwortlichen für das Requirements Engineering gehören zu deinem Alltag. * Du gestaltest klare Zielbilder für Produkte und Services in der Gruppe IT Solutions Kund*innen. * Gemeinsam mit den Solution Architekt*innen führst du Make-or-Buy-Analysen und Lösungsbewertungen durch. * Ein professionelles Stakeholder*innen-Management sowie die Durchführung von Kund*innenworkshops und Schulungen zählen zu deinen Aufgaben. * Durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team stellst du einen effektiven agilen Arbeitsmodus sicher. * Mit Hilfe definierter KPIs sorgst du dafür, dass der Produkterfolg überwacht und stetig verbessert wird.

Das bringst du mit * Du hast eine abgeschlossene wirtschaftliche oder technische Ausbildung. * Deine mindestens fünfjährige Berufspraxis liegt im Bereich Requirements Engineering und du hast Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Scrum gesammelt. * Idealerweise hast du bereits als Product Owner*in oder Product Manager*in für mehrere komplexe Applikationen gearbeitet. * Programmierkenntnisse oder ein technischer Hintergrund sind von Vorteil. * Diese Eigenschaften bringst du zusätzlich mit: Teamfähigkeit, Proaktivität und Einsatz-/Leistungsbereitschaft

Bei Erfüllung der geforderten Kriterien liegt das Jahresbruttogehalt für diese Position bei mind. 55.000 Euro auf Vollzeitbasis mit der Möglichkeit zur Überzahlung.
