Product Owner Mobile Communication

Bij ASTRID ontwikkelen we de communicatieoplossingen waarop de Belgische hulp- en veiligheidsdiensten elke dag vertrouwen. Want in noodsituaties is betrouwbare communicatie geen luxe, maar een absolute noodzaak.

Om ons team Mobile Communications te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Product Owner.

U bent verantwoordelijk voor één of meerdere mobiele communicatieproducten, van de visie en strategie tot de verdere ontwikkeling ervan. Onze producten omvatten onder meer TETRA-netwerken, 4G/5G-communicatie, MVNO-diensten, mobiele applicaties en toekomstige technologieën voor kritieke communicatie.

Als product Owner :

  • Stelt u de roadmap van uw producten op en beheert hun volledige levenscyclus;
  • Analyseert u de behoeften van gebruikers en vertaalt die naar concrete oplossingen;
  • Schrijft u functionele en technische specificaties;
  • Gaat u regelmatig het terrein op om inzicht te krijgen in de werking van noodcentrales en in gesprek te gaan met eindgebruikers;
  • Vertegenwoordigt u ASTRID tijdens overleg met partners en leveranciers, zowel in België als af en toe in het buitenland.

U bent in de eerste plaats een ingenieur met een passie voor telecommunicatie.

U beschikt over:

  • Een masterdiploma in de ingenieurswetenschappen (telecommunicatie, elektronica of gelijkwaardig);
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in de telecommunicatiesector;
  • Een goede kennis van verschillende domeinen zoals TETRA, 4G/5G, mobiele netwerken, MVNO, roaming, IP-netwerken of aanverwante technologieën.

Daarnaast:

  • Bent u nieuwsgierig, zelfstandig en in staat om snel de verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen voor een product;
  • Voelt u zich comfortabel bij het opstellen van technische documentatie en het opvolgen van complexe dossiers binnen een gestructureerde omgeving (overheidsopdrachten of een vergelijkbare context);
  • Bent u Nederlandstalig of Franstalig en kunt u deelnemen aan technische vergaderingen in beide landstalen. Daarnaast beheerst u ook technisch Engels.
