Werden Sie Mitarbeiter/in in der Heiztechnik Erlebniswelt von Hargassner. Die Zukunft des Heizens steht ganz eindeutig im Zeichen der CO²-neutralen Biomasse. Wir entwickeln Heiztechnologie für Hackgut und Pellets mit dem Ziel:

- umweltfreundlichstes Heizen

- mit höchstem Bedienkomfort

- niedrigsten Heizkosten.

Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir 1 Product Owner & Softwarearchitekt/in (m/w/d) für Prüfmittelentwicklung / EoL Prüfstände Als Product Owner (m/w/d) gestaltest du die Weiterentwicklung unseres Webportals und der Hargassner App aktiv mit. Du arbeitest an abwechslungsreichen Features, bringst eigene Ideen ein und setzt innovative Lösungen selbstständig um. Dafür braucht es ein agiles Mindset, Leidenschaft für digitale Produkte und ein gutes Gespür für Struktur und Prioritäten.

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, Fachschule, HTL, ...)

* Erfahrung in der Webentwicklung und Verständnis für entsprechende Technologien

* Agiles Mindset und Erfahrung im agilen Projektmanagement

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Umsetzungsstärke

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

* Freude am Arbeiten im Team und am Vorantreiben von Innovationen in einem hochmodernen Arbeitsumfeld

Das sind deine Aufgaben

* Neu- und Weiterentwicklung von Funktionen für unser Webportal und unsere App

* Formulierung von User Stories in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Interessensvertreter/innen wie Produktmanagement oder Kundendienst

* Pflege und Priorisierung des Backlogs

* Durchführung der Sprint-Reviews und Präsentation des Fortschritts bei den beteiligten Parteien

* Schnittstellenfunktion und zentrale/r Ansprechpartner/in für alle Stakeholder
