De functie inhoud Waar ga je mee aan de slag als Product Specialist?

  • Je begeleidt de ontwikkeling en lancering van nieuwe technologische producten, en fungeert als intern technisch aanspreekpunt voor verkoop, R&D, lab, aankoop en operations.
  • Technische vraagstukken liggen in jouw zone: je voert _ootcause analyses uit en stelt actieplannen op ter verbetering van productkwaliteit en -proces.
  • Je bouwt sterke expertise op van het productportfolio en zorgt ervoor dat interne teams op technisch vlak goed geïnformeerd zijn en klantgerichte ondersteuning krijgen.
  • Administratieve en organisatorische skills gaan hand in hand met jouw rol: je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en zorgt voor een vlotte documentatie en rapportage.
  • Idealiter zet je tools zoals Excel, Power BI, in en externe rapportages en systemen als Dynamics in om inzichten om te zetten in actie.

Wie ben jij als Product Specialist?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in engineering, chemie of een vergelijkbare technische richting, of hebt relevante ervaring.
  • Analytisch sterk, probleemoplossend ingesteld en je hebt oog voor detail én proces.
  • Je bent communicatief, klantgericht en vlot in Nederlands en Engels; extra talen zijn een plus.
  • Je werkt graag gestructureerd, hebt organisatorisch talent en bent vertrouwd met tools zoals Excel of rapporteringsoftware.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en het vermogen om in teamverband meerdere projecten tegelijk te managen maken jou dé geschikte kandidaat.
