Ben jij een ervaren planner die graag dicht bij de operatie staat, snel schakelt en energie haalt uit het optimaliseren van productieprocessen? Als Productie- & Capaciteitsplanner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, bewaken en bijsturen van de productieplanning. Je zorgt ervoor dat mensen, machines en materialen optimaal worden ingezet, zodat deadlines worden gehaald en de productie efficiënt verloopt.

Onze klant is een gevestigde internationale speler uit de Kempen, gespecialiseerd in de ontwikkeling, productie en distributie van hoogwaardige papierwaren, planningstools en gepersonaliseerde business gifts. Vanuit de vestiging in Turnhout bedient het zowel professionele klanten als distributiepartners in binnen- en buitenland, met een sterke focus op kwaliteit, traditie en innovatie. Het bedrijf staat bekend als marktleider binnen zijn segment en combineert een lange geschiedenis met een moderne, klantgerichte aanpak.

Omschrijving

Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer, onderhoudt nauw contact met productie en fungeert als spilfiguur tussen verschillende afdelingen.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • De korte-, middellange- en langetermijnplanning opstelt voor de verschillende productieafdelingen.
  • De capaciteit van zowel medewerkers als productiemachines plant, analyseert en optimaliseert.
  • Forecasts vanuit productmanagement vertaalt naar een realistische capaciteits- en productieplanning.
  • Productiecapaciteit, materiaalbeschikbaarheid en levertermijnen optimaal op elkaar afstemt.
  • Dagelijks de voortgang opvolgt en snel inspeelt op wijzigingen, prioriteiten en onverwachte situaties.
  • Knelpunten tijdig detecteert en proactief met oplossingen komt.
  • Intensief samenwerkt met productie, productmanagement, aankoop, logistiek en sales.
  • Actief aanwezig bent op de werkvloer om feeling te houden met de operationele realiteit.
  • Meedenkt over procesverbeteringen, digitalisering en verdere optimalisatie van de planningsmethodiek.
  • Ervoor zorgt dat planningsgegevens correct worden verwerkt in het ERP-systeem.
  • Een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur in een logistieke, technische of economische richting.
  • Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in productieplanning binnen een industriële of technische productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring met het plannen van zowel personeelscapaciteit als machinecapaciteit.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een goed inzicht in productieprocessen.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit: je zit niet enkel achter je scherm maar bent graag aanwezig op de werkvloer.
  • Een proactieve ingesteldheid en het vermogen om snel beslissingen te nemen.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het talent om verschillende stakeholders mee te krijgen.
  • De maturiteit om prioriteiten te stellen en stevig in je schoenen te staan.
  • Een vernieuwende blik en de drive om processen continu te verbeteren.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen en planningssoftware.
  • Een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands. Kennis van Frans en Engels is een plus.
