The posting

Je gaat aan de slag als Production Improvement Officer bij een multinational in de chemische sector, gevestigd in de regio Boom. Met jouw analytische blik en verbetergerichte aanpak zorg je ervoor dat de productieprocessen van inkten en coatings continu worden geoptimaliseerd. Je identificeert verbeterkansen, werkt concrete voorstellen uit en zorgt voor een succesvolle implementatie. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met je collega’s binnen de productie en met verschillende andere afdelingen.

Je werkt in daguren met glijtijden en combineert een kantooromgeving met een actieve aanwezigheid op de productievloer.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Je initieert en werkt verbeterprojecten binnen de productie uit, met focus op veiligheid, milieu, ergonomie, orde en netheid, efficiëntie, werkmethodes en digitalisering.
  • Je analyseert data om verbeterprojecten te onderbouwen, op te volgen en waar nodig bij te sturen.
  • Je leidt en coördineert verbeterprojecten en bewaakt de voortgang en resultaten.
  • Je coacht en begeleidt productiecollega’s om draagvlak te creëren en verbeteringen succesvol te implementeren.
  • Je stelt praktische documenten op en houdt deze up-to-date, zoals werkinstructies, toolboxen en checklists.
  • Je volgt de implementatie van verbeteringen op en controleert of de vooropgestelde doelstellingen worden gerealiseerd.
  • Je beheert en actualiseert de ISO-instructies voor de productie.
  • Behaalde je een bachelor in een technische richting of heb je meerdere jaren ervaring binnen een productieomgeving?
  • Ben je een echte aanpakker en kan je zowel zelfstandig als nauwkeurig werken?
  • Communiceer je vlot en spreek je naast Nederlands ook goed Engels?
  • Krijg je energie van uitdagingen en ben je gedreven om resultaten te behalen?
  • Heb je ervaring met SAP, MES of andere manufacturing-datasystemen?
