Functieomschrijving

Production Supervisor

  • Je bewaakt de productieflow van de dagelijkse activiteiten, stemt prioriteiten af met verschillende interne afdelingen en zorgt ervoor dat planning, kwaliteit en rendement in evenwicht blijven.
  • Je bouwt aan een sterke teamcultuur door medewerkers actief te coachen, te begeleiden in hun ontwikkeling en een omgeving te creëren waarin betrokkenheid en eigenaarschap worden gestimuleerd.
  • Je initieert procesverbeteringen, volgt operationele KPI's op en vertaalt verbeterkansen naar concrete acties die de werking van de productieafdeling versterken.

Profiel

Production Supervisor

  • Je hebt een Bachelor/Master, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je combineert people management met een coachende leiderschapsstijl en weet medewerkers op een natuurlijke manier mee te nemen in veranderingen en doelstellingen.
  • Je bent sterk in organisatie en planning, werkt veiligheidsbewust en voelt je thuis in een technische context binnen metaal of maakindustrie.
