Over het kantoor: Voor een gevestigd verzekeringskantoor in regio Turnhout zoeken we een Productiebeheerder Verzekeringen die polissen vlot opvolgt en beheert. Het kantoor staat bekend om zijn professionele én warme aanpak en investeert in zijn medewerkers.

Jobomschrijving

Je stelt zelfstandig offertes en contracten op, volgt bestaande portefeuilles op en onderhoudt de contacten met de maatschappijen. Je zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige afhandeling van elk dossier.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Klantencontact: Je staat klanten vlot en correct te woord en zorgt ervoor dat hun vragen snel beantwoord worden.
  • Dossieropvolging: Je houdt de verzekeringsdossiers nauwgezet bij en bewaakt een correcte administratieve afhandeling.
  • Offertes en polissen: Je stelt zelfstandig offertes en verzekeringscontracten op maat van de klant op en zorgt voor een correcte verwerking ervan.
  • Communicatie met maatschappijen: Je onderhoudt de contacten met de verzekeringsmaatschappijen om polissen correct en tijdig af te handelen.
  • Breder advies: Je geeft basisinformatie over aanvullende producten en verwijst indien nodig door naar collega-specialisten.
  • Klantbeheer: Je volgt bestaande klantenportefeuilles op en werkt actief mee aan de verdere uitbouw van langdurige relaties.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Je hebt 2 tot 4 jaar ervaring binnen de sector en weet hoe je zelfstandig dossiers tot een goed einde brengt.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar voelt je ook thuis in een familiaal team.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en koppelt oog voor opportuniteiten aan een klantgerichte aanpak.
  • Je bent enthousiast, leergierig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid in je werk.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring in de verzekeringssector of een sterke interesse om hierin te groeien.
