  • Neemt de verantwoordelijkheid voor het plannen, organiseren en aansturen van productieactiviteiten in het atelier en op locatie.
  • Zorgt voor een efficiënte inzet van mensen en middelen en bewaakt de voortgang van lopende projecten.
  • Houdt continu aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit, timing en budget binnen alle productie- en werfactiviteiten.
  • Combineert operationeel overzicht met een hands-on aanwezigheid op de werkvloer.
  • Stuurt medewerkers aan, bepaalt duidelijke prioriteiten en zorgt voor heldere taakverdeling.
  • Volgt de status van projecten nauwgezet op en stuurt bij wanneer dit nodig is voor een vlotte uitvoering.
  • Waakt over een veilige en kwalitatieve uitvoering van technische projecten in atelier en op werf.
  • Bewakt timing en budget en neemt resultaatgerichte beslissingen wanneer de planning dit vraagt.
  • Schakelt snel bij wijzigingen in planning of uitvoering en houdt betrokkenen op de hoogte.
  • Communiceert vlot met verschillende technische en operationele profielen binnen de organisatie.
  • Zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken medewerkers weten wat er van hen verwacht wordt.
  • Werkt in een technisch en projectmatig productiebedrijf met activiteiten in eigen productieatelier en op industriële werven.
  • Ervaring als leidinggevende binnen een productieomgeving, met aantoonbare verantwoordelijkheid over mensen en processen.
  • Technische achtergrond die voldoende inzicht geeft in productie- en werfactiviteiten.
  • Organisatorisch sterk, met vermogen om overzicht te bewaren en gestructureerd te plannen.
  • Hands-on en proactieve werkstijl, dicht bij de dagelijkse werking van de productie.
  • Resultaatgerichte ingesteldheid en de durf om beslissingen te nemen in functie van planning en uitvoering.
  • Vlotte communicatie met verschillende persoonlijkheden en functies binnen een technische omgeving.
  • Technische voeling om de juiste prioriteiten te bepalen en het team gericht aan te sturen; diepgaande specialistische kennis is een nice-to-have.
