De functie van Productiemanager Avond-/Nachtploeg is een boeiende, uitdagende functie met heel veel afwisseling. Je geeft leiding aan 30 collega’s per shift, die samen verantwoordelijk zijn voor 4 productielijnen. Je bent resultaat- en oplossingsgericht, met als doel om iedere dag weer het beste product aan te leveren in een omgeving waar iedereen graag wil werken. In deze uitdagende functie komen jouw kwaliteiten in het aansturen van een team dus volledig tot hun recht.

Als Productiemanager Avond-/Nachtploeg is het jouw verantwoordelijkheid dat je team optimaal functioneert. Met jouw energieke en enthousiaste persoonlijkheid en communicatieskills maak je tijdens jouw shift het verschil in het motiveren, aansturen en ondersteunen van onze medewerkers. Je hebt oog voor groei en ontwikkeling, zowel voor de productieomgeving als voor de medewerkers. Je ondersteunt het beleid en zorgt ervoor dat de interne procedures door je team worden nageleefd. Kortom: je bent een natuurlijke leider én teamplayer. Daarnaast fungeer je ook als rechterhand van de productiemanager/plv. plantmanager en zorg je voor een vlotte overdracht met jouw collega teamleaders en correcte communicatie naar het plantteam.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan verder uit het:

  • Toezicht houden op een vlot verloop van het proces, het tijdig signaleren van afwijkingen en bijsturen waar nodig;
  • Toezicht houden op de naleving van hygiëne- en veiligheidsregels;
  • Toezicht houden op het veilig en correct gebruik en onderhoud van machines en materialen, alsook op het verhelpen van storingen waarbij je schakelt met de technische dienst wanneer deze van complexe aard zijn;
  • Het ontvangen en begeleiden van nieuwe werknemers en uitzendkrachten;
  • Meedenken en meewerken aan verbeteringsacties.

Profiel

  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, energiek, beslissingsbekwaam en denkt oplossingsgericht;
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring als leidinggevende in een vergelijkbare rol bij een productiebedrijf;
  • Je bent een people manager met een coachende leiderschapsstijl en weet mensen te motiveren, zowel individueel als in de teamsamenwerking;
  • Je bent aanwezig bij voorkeur tussen 14:00 – 22:00 uur (in overleg variabel uurrooster mogelijk);
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en voor de gestelde kwaliteitsnormen;
  • Je kan werken onder druk en goed omgaan met ad hoc situaties;
  • Je beheerst de Franse taal uitstekend en bij voorkeur ook de Nederlandse taal.
