Wil jij met je handen werken, iedere dag resultaat zien van wat je hebt gemaakt en werken in een nuchter team? Voor onze opdrachtgever in Slochteren zoeken wij een productiemedewerker. Ervaring is niet noodzakelijk: als jij gemotiveerd bent, graag praktisch bezig bent en afspraken nakomt, kun je hier het vak leren.

Wat ga jij doen? Als productiemedewerker werk je in de fabriek waar houten kozijnen, ramen en deuren worden geproduceerd. Samen met ervaren collega's zorg jij ervoor dat de producten netjes worden afgewerkt en gereed worden gemaakt voor transport.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Het aanbrengen van tochtwering en scharnieren in ramen en deuren. - Het afhalen en verwerken van kozijnen, ramen en deuren uit het productiesysteem. - Het aanbrengen van beschermingshoeken. - Het zorgvuldig verpakken en gereedmaken van kozijnen voor transport. - Het ondersteunen van collega's op verschillende plekken binnen het productieproces. - Het controleren van je werk en zorgen voor een nette afwerking.

Je begint met werkzaamheden die je stap voor stap onder de knie krijgt. Heb je het werk goed in de vingers en wil je jezelf verder ontwikkelen? Dan zijn er mogelijkheden om meer werkzaamheden te leren, zoals het afhangen van ramen en deuren in kozijnen. Ook kun je op termijn eventueel mee op service.

Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 07.30 tot 15.55 uur. Een fulltime werkweek bestaat uit 37,5 uur. Hierdoor ben je iedere middag op tijd klaar en heb je de weekenden vrij.

Voor deze functie hoef je geen jarenlange productie-ervaring of specifieke opleiding mee te brengen. Motivatie en betrouwbaarheid vinden we belangrijker.

Wij zoeken iemand die:

- Graag met zijn of haar handen werkt. - Gemotiveerd is om nieuwe werkzaamheden te leren. - Betrouwbaar is en afspraken nakomt. - Zowel zelfstandig als samen met collega's kan werken. - In Slochteren kan komen voor een start om 07.30 uur. - Bij voorkeur fulltime beschikbaar is voor 37,5 uur per week.
