Je verdient €22,84 per uur inclusief 28% ploegentoeslag. Tijdens de vierdaagse onboarding ontvang je €17,84 per uur. Je werkt in een 5-ploegendienst, waarbij je na 6 werkdagen steeds 4 dagen vrij bent. Zo heb je een goed salaris en 4 vrije dagen achter elkaar.

SAPA Company is een kunststofverwerkend spuitgietbedrijf. Het bedrijf maakt hoogwaardige producten voor de automotive industrie, onder andere voor klanten zoals Scania, Volvo en Daimler Benz. Je werkt in een moderne, schone en gerobotiseerde productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, veiligheid en nauwkeurig werken belangrijk zijn. Je komt terecht in een professioneel bedrijf met een gezellige sfeer. Collega's kennen elkaar, helpen elkaar en zorgen samen voor een prettige werkdag. In de kantine wordt regelmatig iets lekkers geregeld, zoals een broodje knakworst.Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt in een 5-ploegendienst. Dit rooster bestaat uit 2 ochtenddiensten, 2 middagdiensten, 2 nachtdiensten en daarna 4 dagen vrij. Dat betekent: • Een duidelijk rooster; • Afwisseling in je werktijden; • 4 dagen achter elkaar vrij; • Een extra hoge beloning door de 28% ploegentoeslag. De diensten zijn: • Ochtenddienst: 06.00 – 14.00 uur • Middagdienst: 14.00 – 22.00 uur • Nachtdienst: 22.00 – 06.00 uurWat vragen wij van jou?
