Als Productiemedewerker Bakkerij houd je het bakproces scherp in de gaten en werk je actief mee aan de productie. Lees snel verder! Location Berkel-Enschot Sector Food Employment type Full-time What will you do? Als Productiemedewerker Bakkerij ben je actief betrokken bij verschillende stappen van het productie- en bakproces. Je bereidt deeg en beslag volgens vaste recepten en verwerkt het machinaal met behulp van een vul- of spuitmachine. Bij sommige producten breng en verdeel je de vulling ook handmatig. Daarnaast vul je de machines aan met de juiste ingrediënten. Vervolgens zorg je dat de producten goed worden afgebakken. Je stelt de ovens in, rijdt de ovenkarren naar binnen en verwisselt deze op het juiste moment. Tijdens het bakken controleer je het proces en stuur je bij wanneer dat nodig is. Zijn de producten klaar? Dan breng je deze naar de volgende stap in het productieproces. Ook het inpakken en controleren van de kwaliteit behoren tot je werkzaamheden. Je houdt daarnaast de productieapparatuur goed in de gaten. Klein onderhoud voer je zelf uit en storingen meld je tijdig. Samen met je collega's zorg je dagelijks voor een schone werkplek volgens de geldende schoonmaakschema's en kwaliteitsnormen.
