Als Books Allround Productie Medewerker voer je dagelijkse productietaken uit die essentieel zijn voor het soepel laten verlopen van het productieproces. Afwijkingen en problemen signaleer je tijdig, waardoor de productie soepel blijft verlopen. Kleine fouten hebben grote impact, dus jouw focus en precisie zijn van essentieel belang. Tijdens piekperiodes werk je in twee ploegen en draag je bij aan een betrouwbare workflow. Een korte trainingsperiode van 1-2 dagen helpt je snel op weg. Het aanbod Wat krijg je hiervoor terug? - Een startsalaris van €15,42 bruto per uur zonder ervaring; - Een salaris van €16,13 bruto per uur bij relevante ervaring; - Ploegentoeslagen van 30% tussen 06:00-08:00 en 18:00-20:00; - Een ploegentoeslag van 55% tussen 20:00-24:00; - Een uitgebreide inwerkperiode via een buddy-systeem; - Werken binnen een professionele en internationale productieomgeving.
