Deze internationale speler behoort wereldwijd tot de absolute top binnen de verpakkingsindustrie. Vanuit vestigingen in ongeveer 140 landen werken tienduizenden medewerkers aan verpakkingsoplossingen voor onder meer voeding, dranken, farmaceutische producten en medische toepassingen.

Op de productiesite in regio Dendermonde werken ongeveer 185 collega’s samen in een moderne productieomgeving. Hier draait het niet alleen om grote machines en stevige volumes. Veilig werken, kwaliteit afleveren en zorgvuldig omgaan met mens en milieu krijgen minstens evenveel aandacht.

Als productiemedewerker in de blaasfolie afdeling kom je terecht in een sterk geautomatiseerde productieomgeving waar je echt invloed hebt op het eindresultaat. Geen dag waarop je alleen maar op dezelfde knop staat te duwen: je volgt het proces, denkt mee en leert de installaties steeds beter kennen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Binnen jouw rol stel je de extrusiemachines correct in, volg je het productieproces nauwkeurig op en stuur je bij wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt
  • Daarnaast voer je kwaliteitscontroles en procedures uit en registreer je relevante productiegegevens correct in de verschillende systemen
  • Samen met je collega’s zorg je voor het verpakken van afgewerkte producten via volautomatische verpakkingslijnen of, waar nodig, manueel
  • Bovendien speel je een actieve rol in het preventief onderhoud van de installaties en meld en volg je technische storingen nauwgezet op
  • Qua opleiding beschik je bij voorkeur over een technische achtergrond via studies of werkervaring en heb je vooral interesse in techniek en productie
  • Daarnaast is ervaring in een productieomgeving mooi meegenomen, maar ook kandidaten met de juiste technische feeling en motivatie komen in aanmerking
  • Op technisch vlak heb je inzicht in productieprocessen en interesse in zowel de technische als chemische kant van extrusie, terwijl je ook vlot met computers en software werkt
