Wil jij overdag werken en liever doen dan de hele dag achter een bureau zitten?

Als Productiemedewerker Glas | Dagdienst werk je in Heusden-Zolder binnen de glasproductie. Je werkt voltijds van 7u00 tot 15u30 en krijgt opleiding op de werkvloer.

Je werkt met grote glasplaten, maar zwaar tilwerk hoef je niet alleen te doen. Met een rolbrug en glaszuigers verplaats je het glas veilig door het productieproces.

Je zorgt ervoor dat het glas correct verwerkt, gecontroleerd en klaargezet wordt.

Functie-inhoud

Je werkt mee aan de productie en verwerking van glas voor ramen, deuren en andere toepassingen. Je vormt samen met je collega's een belangrijke schakel in het productieproces.

  • Je plaatst glasplaten zorgvuldig op de productielijn, zodat iedere bewerking correct kan starten.
  • Je haalt het bewerkte glas opnieuw van de lijn en zorgt dat het veilig naar de volgende stap gaat.
  • Je bedient een rolbrug en gebruikt glaszuigers om grote glasplaten gecontroleerd te verplaatsen.
  • Je controleert het glas visueel en merkt beschadigingen of afwijkingen tijdig op.
  • Je zet afgewerkt glas veilig en overzichtelijk klaar voor verdere verwerking of transport.

Je bent praktisch bezig en ziet gedurende de dag letterlijk wat je hebt verplaatst en verwerkt.

Met glas werk je niet op goed geluk. Eén verkeerde beweging zie je meteen.

Je hoeft nog geen ervaring in de glasproductie te hebben. Belangrijker is dat je handig bent en zorgvuldig met materiaal omgaat. Je werkt graag actief en begrijpt dat veilig werken met grote glasplaten vooropstaat. Je houdt je aandacht bij je werk en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor wat je doet. Samenwerken hoort erbij, maar je kunt ook zelfstandig je taken opnemen.

  • Je bent handig en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je kunt veilig en voorzichtig omgaan met grote materialen.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt Nederlands.
  • Je bent bereid om met een rolbrug en glaszuigers te leren werken.
