Voor een stabiele en groeiende onderneming in Wilrijk zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren productiemedewerker met technisch inzicht en een hands-on mentaliteit. Binnen deze functie kom je terecht in een omgeving waar maatwerk, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan. Je werkt mee aan de assemblage van pallets, houten onderstellen en kisten voor uiteenlopende klanten en projecten. Geen repetitieve bandwerkfunctie dus, maar een gevarieerd takenpakket waarbij technisch inzicht en praktisch denken dagelijks van pas komen. Kandidaten die graag actief bezig zijn, plannen kunnen interpreteren en voldoening halen uit tastbaar werk, zullen zich hier snel thuis voelen.

  • Je staat in voor de assemblage van pallets, houten onderstellen en kisten volgens plan of specificaties van de klant.
  • Aan de hand van technische tekeningen zaag en monteer je verschillende onderdelen nauwkeurig samen.
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband zorg je voor een kwalitatieve afwerking van de producten.
  • Je werkt dagelijks met verschillende machines en gereedschappen binnen houtbewerking en assemblage.
  • Veiligheid, orde en netheid op de werkvloer neem je ernstig en bewaak je mee binnen het team.
  • Je denkt actief mee na over verbeteringen in processen en efficiëntere werkmethodes.
  • Afwisseling in werk en werkplek schrikt jou niet af en motiveert je net extra.
  • Binnen deze functie werk je mee aan projecten op maat waarbij flexibiliteit en technisch inzicht belangrijk zijn.
  • Je levert kwalitatief werk af binnen de vooropgestelde timing en productievereisten.

Voor deze functie zoeken wij een kandidaat met relevante ervaring binnen productie, houtbewerking of technische assemblage. Je beschikt over een praktische ingesteldheid en weet hoe je veilig en nauwkeurig met machines en gereedschappen moet werken. Ervaring primeert binnen deze functie, waardoor kandidaten die reeds gewerkt hebben met houtbewerkingsmachines of technische plannen een sterke voorsprong hebben. We zoeken iemand die verantwoordelijkheid neemt, zelfstandig kan functioneren en tegelijk goed samenwerkt binnen een teamomgeving.

  • Je beschikt over meerdere jaren ervaring binnen productie, assemblage of houtbewerking.
  • Technisch inzicht stelt jou in staat om plannen correct te interpreteren en praktisch om te zetten.
  • Ervaring met nagelpistolen, paneelzagen of lintzagen is een belangrijke meerwaarde.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Zowel zelfstandig werken als functioneren binnen een team gaat jou goed af.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en gezond verstand typeren jouw manier van werken.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en voelt je comfortabel in een gevarieerde productieomgeving.
  • De Nederlandse taal beheers je goed zodat communicatie en veiligheidsinstructies vlot verlopen.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief waar nodig.
  • Fysiek werk schrikt jou niet af en je werkt graag actief mee op de werkvloer
