Werk jij graag met je handen en heb je al wat ervaring in de productie of montage van kozijnen? Dan is dit iets voor jou. Je werkt met hout en kunststof, en soms aan prefab wanden. Geen lopende band, maar echt vakwerk. Je zet complete kozijnen in elkaar, werkt ze netjes af en zorgt dat alles klopt tot op de millimeter. Je krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, maar als productiemedewerker kozijnen sta je er nooit alleen voor. Je werkt in een klein, hecht team. Iedereen kent elkaar. Dat maakt het werk duidelijk en persoonlijk. Je nieuwe baan Wat ga je allemaal doen? Je werkt dagelijks aan het samenstellen en afwerken van kozijnen. Het gaat om maatwerk, dus je werkt volgens tekening en technische specificaties. De werkzaamheden zijn gevarieerd, maar grotendeels gericht op productie en montage. Wat je zoal doet: - Samenstellen van houten en kunststof kozijnen - Af en toe prefab elementen maken, zoals wanden - Werken met machines en handgereedschap - Controleren op maatvoering en afwerking - Monteren van beslag en andere onderdelen

Je werkt op een vaste locatie in Neede, in dagdienst. Er wordt hard gewerkt, maar wel met plezier en in een goed tempo dat past bij vakwerk. Over het bedrijf Een korte introductie Het bedrijf is gevestigd in Neede en telt zo’n 20 tot 30 collega’s. Geen grote organisatie, maar een nuchter en gespecialiseerd team waar kwaliteit voorop staat. Hier draait het om vakmanschap.
