Voor een betonproducent zoeken wij iemand die het vak van betonstaalvlechter wil leren. Ervaring is niet nodig: als jij scherp bent, graag werkt en nieuwe dingen snel oppakt, leren je collega's je de rest. Wat ga je doen? Als betonstaalvlechter maak je de stalen constructies die straks in betonnen trappen worden verwerkt. Deze constructies zorgen ervoor dat het beton sterk en stevig wordt. Je krijgt een tablet waarop precies staat aangegeven wat je die dag moet maken. Aan de hand van digitale tekeningen en instructies verzamel je de juiste stukken betonstaal en bouw je hiermee stap voor stap de wapening op. De verschillende onderdelen verbind je aan elkaar, onder andere door ze te lassen. Nog nooit gelast? Geen probleem, dit wordt je op de werkvloer geleerd. Het is werk waarbij je lekker bezig bent, maar waarbij je ook je hoofd moet gebruiken. Je moet goed kijken naar maten, vormen en instructies en controleren of alles op de juiste plek zit. Omdat je met betonstaal en scherpe uiteinden werkt, is het daarnaast belangrijk dat je geconcentreerd en veilig werkt. Je werkt fulltime in dagdienst van 07:30 tot 16:15 uur. De functie eisen op een rijtje: - Je bent fulltime beschikbaar; - Je vindt het leuk om praktisch en technisch werk te leren; - Je kunt instructies goed begrijpen en uitvoeren; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en blijft scherp tijdens je werk; - Je bent niet bang om je handen uit de mouwen te steken; - Ervaring met betonstaalvlechten of lassen is een pre; - Heb je al ervaring in productie, metaal, bouw of beton? Dan is dat mooi meegenomen.
