Als allround productiemedewerker in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie werk je op verschillende plekken binnen het productieproces. Je leert stap voor stap hoe de producten worden bereid, verwerkt, gebakken en verpakt. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en ontwikkeling krijg je steeds meer zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid.

Wat ga je doen?:

- Bedienen, instellen en controleren van verschillende productiemachines; - Bereiden van vullingen aan de hand van vaste recepten; - Maken en verwerken van verschillende soorten deeg; - Bakken en frituren van voedingsmiddelen; - Controleren van de kwaliteit tijdens het productieproces; - Voorbereiden, afwegen en klaarzetten van ingrediënten; - Signaleren en waar mogelijk oplossen van kleine storingen aan machines; - Ondersteunen op de inpakafdeling wanneer dat nodig is; - Reinigen van productiemachines, gereedschappen en werkruimtes; - Werken volgens de geldende hygiëne-, voedselveiligheids- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.

Deze functie als allround productiemedewerker food is afwisselend en verantwoordelijk. Je bent niet alleen bezig met uitvoerende productiewerkzaamheden, maar leert ook de recepten, machines en productieprocessen goed kennen. Samen met je collega’s zorg je ervoor dat iedere bestelling op tijd, veilig en volgens de juiste kwaliteit wordt geproduceerd en verpakt.

Wie zoeken wij?

- Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring als productiemedewerker binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie, een bakkerij, keuken of vergelijkbare productieomgeving; - Je hebt technisch inzicht en kunt leren werken met verschillende productiemachines; - Je kunt recepten, werkinstructies en productieplanningen zelfstandig volgen; - Je werkt nauwkeurig, hygiënisch en hebt oog voor kwaliteit; - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en helpt collega’s wanneer dat nodig is; - Je houdt van afwisselend productiewerk en vindt het prettig om verschillende werkzaamheden uit te voeren; - Je kunt in een goed tempo werken, zonder de kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid uit het oog t
