Voor een chemisch bedrijf in Vilvoorde zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde productiemedewerker voor de verfafdeling.

Als productiemedewerker speel je een belangrijke rol in het productieproces. Samen met je collega’s zorg je ervoor dat alles vlot en veilig verloopt.

Wat ga je doen als productiemedewerker verf?

  • Je zorgt voor het aanvoeren van de nodige grondstoffen.
  • Je voegt de grondstoffen nauwkeurig toe aan de productiekuipen.
  • Je staat in voor het afvullen van de afgewerkte producten in de juiste verpakkingen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de afgewerkte producten correct in het magazijn worden opgeslagen.
  • Een belangrijk onderdeel van de job is het toevoegen van poedervormige grondstoffen. Hiervoor worden zakken van 25 kg manueel leeggemaakt. Tijdens een shift kan dit oplopen tot ongeveer 350 zakken. Een goede fysieke conditie is daarom belangrijk.

Wie zoeken we als productiemedewerker verf?

  • Je hebt ervaring in een gelijkaardige productieomgeving
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt ervan dat alles netjes en georganiseerd is.
  • Veiligheid en kwaliteit staan bij jou altijd voorop.
  • Je bent fysiek in goede conditie en houdt van een actieve job.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, belangrijk omwille van de veiligheidsinstructies.
  • Je beschikt over een geldig heftruck- en/of reachtruckattest.
  • Je bent bereid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken: 06:00–14:00 en 14:00–22:00. Af en toe kan er gevraagd worden om in dagdienst te werken.
