Jobomschrijving

Ben jij een hands-on operator die graag zelfstandig werkt, houdt van afwisseling en energie krijgt van een drukke werkdag? Dan ben jij misschien de persoon die we zoeken.

In de productie ben jij van A tot Z verantwoordelijk voor het productieproces. Je werkt alleen aan kleinere batches en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot, correct en kwaliteitsvol verloopt.

Concreet betekent dit dat je instaat voor:

  • Mengen van grondstoffen
  • Extruderen, malen en zeven van producten
  • Afvullen volgens de gewenste hoeveelheden
  • Nemen van kwaliteitsstalen en deze naar het labo brengen
  • Bedienen en opvolgen van verschillende machines
  • Orde, netheid en veiligheid aan je werkpost
  • Je hebt ervaring in een productieomgeving
  • Je bent technisch handig en hebt een basis mechanisch inzicht (je hoeft geen mechanieker te zijn)
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en weet wat je doet
  • Je schakelt vlot tussen verschillende taken en machines
  • Je houdt van multitasken en kan kleine problemen snel oplossen
  • Je blijft rustig als het even druk wordt en “blust brandjes” waar nodig
  • Je beschikt over de nodige maturiteit en verantwoordelijkheidszin om zelfstandig met machines te werken.
