In jouw functie ben je de spil in ons productieproces in de moderne fabriek in Dilsen-Stokkem. Voordat je verder leest, willen we je graag de volgende vragen stellen:

  • Heb je ervaring met het aansturen van productieprocessen?
  • Kun je technische storingen zelfstandig opsporen en oplossen?
  • Hecht je veel waarde aan hygiëne en veiligheid in een productieomgeving?

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de efficiënte productie van slagroom in spuitbussen, rijstdesserts en roombereidingen.
  • Je stelt afvul- en verpakkingsmachines in en bedient deze volgens de voorgeschreven werkinstructies.
  • Je monitort de verschillende processtappen en lost kleine storingen zelfstandig op.
  • Bij productwissels zorg je voor het ombouwen van de machines.
  • Je draagt bij aan de opleiding van nieuwe operatoren en waarborgt een nette en veilige werkomgeving.
  • Indien je werkt op de afdeling ‘roombereiding’, bereid je room en volg je het productieproces nauwgezet.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat die voldoet aan de volgende vereisten:

  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als technisch operator.
  • Een kwaliteitsgerichte en efficiënte werkhouding.
  • Een ordelijke en nette uitvoering van werkzaamheden.
  • Technische kennis is een vereiste.
  • Basiskennis van HACCP-normen is een pré.
