Combineer planning, people management en internationale supply chain in één uitdagende rol?

Voor een internationale speler actief in de industriesector, kijken we uit naar een Junior Supply Chain Teamlead, mét ervaring in productieplanning (must!).

Dit is geen klassieke plannersrol: je zit midden in de operatie, stuurt enkele mensen aan én krijgt de kans om door te groeien in leiderschap.

Als Supply Chain Teamlead ben jij de schakel tussen productie, planning, logistiek en business. Je combineert operationele expertise met coaching van een klein team.

  • Je leidt een team van 4 à 5 medewerkers binnen planning, shipping en warehouse (zowel seniors als juniors) en coacht hen in hun verdere ontwikkeling.
  • Je optimaliseert de productie- en supply chain planning voor twee vestigingen, zowel nationaal als internationaal.
  • Je bewaakt capaciteit, voorraadniveaus en leverbetrouwbaarheid en houdt rekening met product-, machine- en mixcomplexiteit.
  • Je zorgt voor een efficiënte goederenstroom en neemt de verantwoordelijkheid voor shipping- en warehouseactiviteiten.
  • Je bent de SPOC en bevordert de samenwerking tussen afdelingen
  • Je grijpt proactief in bij verstoringen en zet verbeterinitiatieven op binnen de supply chain.
  • Je ondersteunt de lange termijnplanning, volgt KPI's op en rapporteert aan het management.
  • Je werkt actief mee in de operationele processen om deze grondig te leren kennen en verder te optimaliseren

Mooie uitdaging, niet?

We zoeken geen doorwinterde manager, maar een junior profiel met ambitie en maturiteit.

  • Bachelor met 3 tot 5 tal jaarervaring in productieplanning
  • Eerste ervaring met het aansturen van collega’s of arbeiders (ook al was dat informeel)
  • Je staat stevig in je schoenen en bent coachbaar
  • Je combineert analytisch inzicht met een hands-on aanpak
  • Je werkt vlot met ERP-systemen
  • Je communiceert uitstekend in het Nederlands en hebt een professionele kennis van het Engels

Belangrijk:

  • Je kijkt uit naar een rol waar je jezelf verder kan ontplooien in de rol van people manager
  • Je aardt het best in een dynamische werkomgeving
  • Je bent aanwezig op de werkvloer en houdt van directe samenwerking en dito communicatie
