Als teamleader sta jij aan het roer van een team van ongeveer 25 operatoren en inpakkers. Samen met hen zorg je voor topprestaties op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit, productiviteit en duurzaamheid.

Wat houdt jouw dag in?

  • Productieprocessen ondersteunen, uitvoeren en verbeteren.
  • De productiviteit van onze lijnen naar een hoger niveau tillen.
  • Een veilige werkplek creëren waar iedereen floreert.
  • Jouw team coachen, motiveren en naar successen leiden.
  • Rapporteren aan de Manager

Oh, en je werkt in een ploegendienst. Flexibel zijn is dus een must, maar je krijgt daar ook een heleboel voor terug!

  • Je hebt een bachelor in een technische of wetenschappelijke richting of gelijkaardige ervaring.
  • Je bent vlot in het Nederlands, mondeling sterk in het Frans en hebt een goede basis Engels.
  • Je hebt ervaring als leidinggevende in een productieomgeving, of bent een procesoperator met minstens 5 jaar ervaring. Schoolverlater met leiderschapstalent? Jij maakt ook kans!
  • Je bent technisch aangelegd, leergierig en denkt in oplossingen.
  • Je kan een team inspireren, hebt een stevige persoonlijkheid en bent sociaal sterk.
  • Flexibiliteit en resultaatgerichtheid zitten in jouw DNA.
