The posting

Decontex is gespecialiseerd in het reinigen en decontamineren van technisch textiel via CO₂-technologie. Wij zijn actief binnen de veiligheidssector en werken onder andere voor Belgische brandweerzones en hulpverleningsdiensten.

Op onze site in Tielt beschikken we over een geavanceerde productieomgeving en een test- en labo-ruimte (cleanroom), waar kwaliteitscontroles en technische testen op beschermkledij worden uitgevoerd. Daarnaast bieden wij een volledige herstelservice voor interventiekledij, uitgevoerd volgens de geldende certificeringen en normen.

Voor onze productieafdeling zijn wij op zoek naar een hands on Productieverantwoordelijke.

In deze rol combineer je meewerken op de werkvloer met het aansturen van een team. Je zorgt voor een vlotte organisatie van het productieproces, bewaakt kwaliteit en veiligheid en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer tijdens jouw shift. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega-voorman en draagt actief bij aan een efficiënte, gestructureerde en veilige productieomgeving.

JOUW TAKEN

  • Actief meewerken in het productie- en reinigingsproces
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en ondersteunen van medewerkers op de werkvloer ( +- 12 personen)
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, orde, veiligheid en productiviteit
  • Instellen van machines en opvolgen van het productieproces
  • Opsporen en signaleren van kleine technische storingen
  • Meedenken over procesverbeteringen en efficiëntie
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt zijn tijdens de shift
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen teamleden

JOUW PROFIEL

  • Ervaring in een productie- of industriële omgeving
  • Technisch inzicht of sterke interesse in machines en processen
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler met natuurlijke leiderschapskwaliteiten
  • Je werkt graag mee op de werkvloer en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kan mensen motiveren
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en bewaart overzicht
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands (basis Engels is een plus)
  • Flexibel ingesteld
