Onze klant is een vleesverwerkende onderneming in de Kempen. Ondertussen bestaan ze al meer dan 40 jaar en zijn ze een gevestigde waarde binnen de vleesindustrie. Door de jaren heen zijn ze internationaal sterk gegroeid, wat maakt dat hun klanten bestaan uit de regionale kwaliteitsslager tot het internationaal vleesbedrijf. Het is een onderneming met een echte KMO-mentaliteit, waar open communicatie en samenwerken belangrijk is.

Zo ziet jouw werkdag eruit:

Je beheert de diepvriesafdeling waar voedingsmiddelen worden opgeslagen.

Je voert regelmatig temperatuurcontroles uit en zorgt dat alle voedselveiligheidsnormen (ACS, IFS, HACCP) worden nageleefd.

Je registreert inkomende en uitgaande goederen en houdt het voorraadbeheer bij.

Je zorgt voor een logische en efficiënte indeling van de diepvriesruimte.

Je past de FEFO-methode toe (First Expired, First Out) om bederf te voorkomen.

Je stuurt een team aan en ziet erop toe dat iedereen veilig en volgens de procedures werkt.

Je bewaakt orde en netheid in de diepvrieszone.

Je grijpt snel en effectief in bij storingen aan de koelinstallaties.

Je volgt de planning op en stuurt bij waar nodig.

Je werkt dagelijks in een koude omgeving (tussen -18°C en -25°C).

Je houdt rekening met exportregels bij internationale zendingen.

Je communiceert vlot met collega’s, in het Nederlands en/of Engels.

Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, bent goed georganiseerd en werkt graag in teamverband.

Ben jij een ervaren magazijnmedewerker met een achtergrond in logistiek en een scherp oog voor voedselveiligheid? Werk jij graag in een koude omgeving en neem je vlot verantwoordelijkheid binnen een team? Dan ben jij misschien de persoon die wij zoeken om onze diepvriesafdeling in goede banen te leiden!

Wij zoeken iemand die:

Ervaring heeft in logistiek en magazijnbeheer

Vertrouwd is met voedselveiligheidsnormen (ACS, IFS, HACCP)

Geen moeite heeft met werken in koude omstandigheden

Sterk is in organisatie en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt

Een echte teamspeler is die collega’s kan begeleiden en motiveren

Vlot communiceert in het Nederlands en/of Engels

Kennis heeft van exportregelgeving

Snel kan schakelen en flexibel omgaat met veranderende planningen

Veel belang hecht aan orde en netheid op de werkvloer

Storingen aan koelinstallaties kan opmerken en snel aanpakken

De FEFO-methode (First Expired, First Out) correct toepast
