Momenteel bestaat ons team uit 15 personen: 7 personen in het atelier, 2 plaatsers, 5 tekenaars, en 1 administratieve kracht. Onze workshop en toonzaal liggen in Opvelp bij Leuven, maar we hebben klanten over het hele land!

We maken alles op maat van de klant, en hebben ook een webshop met standaard items (www.yta.be).

Om onze werking te versterken zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Productieverantwoordelijke die samen met ons deze rol verder wil uitbouwen.

Je maakt deel uit van het managementteam en werkt nauw samen met de toonzaalverantwoordelijke en de zaakvoerder. In deze functie groei je stap voor stap naar de rol van rechterhand van de zaakvoerder voor alles wat met het atelier te maken heeft.

Dit is een nieuwe functie binnen ons bedrijf, wat betekent dat je niet in een vast omlijnd kader stapt, maar actief meebouwt aan de structuur, werking en optimalisatie van ons atelier.

We zoeken daarom geen “afgewerkte” productiemanager, maar iemand met het potentieel en de ambitie om hierin door te groeien en impact te maken.

JOUW GROEITRAJECT

In deze functie voorzien we een duidelijk groeipad:

Fase 1 – Inwerken & begrijpen • Kennismaking met het atelier, plaatsing en team

• Inzicht krijgen in onze manier van werken en projecten

Fase 2 – Overnemen & structureren • Geleidelijk overnemen van de dagelijkse organisatie

• Structuur brengen in planning, communicatie en opvolging

Fase 3 – Optimaliseren & verbeteren • Zelfstandig aansturen van het atelier

• Implementeren van verbeteringen en efficiëntiewinsten

JOUW MISSIE

Operationele leiding & organisatie • Mee instaan voor de dagelijkse werking van het atelier (team van ±16 medewerkers)

• Ondersteunen in de aansturing van schrijnwerkers en plaatsers

• Meewerken aan een duidelijke dagplanning en taakverdeling

• Helpen bewaken van workflow en structuur

• Zorgen voor een vlotte communicatie tussen atelier en toonzaal

• Uitvoeren van werfcontroles samen met de toonzaalverantwoordelijke

Kwaliteit, veiligheid & optimalisatie • Toezien op kwaliteitsnormen en veiligheidsvoorschriften

• Mee opvolgen van klachten en verbeterpunten

• Ondersteunen bij onderhoud en organisatie van machines en infrastructuur

• Actief meedenken over optimalisaties en verbeteringen

People management • Aanspreekpunt worden voor ateliermedewerkers

• Opbouwen van een sterke band met het team

• Ondersteunen in coaching en dagelijkse opvolging

• Mee zorgen voor een positieve en efficiënte werksfeer

Planning, cijfers & rapportering • Mee opstellen en opvolgen van de productieplanning

• Inzicht krijgen in nacalculaties en KPI’s (marge, budget, kwaliteit…)

• Stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid opnemen in rapportering

• Bijdragen aan het behalen van doelstellingen

Administratie & coördinatie • Ondersteunen bij bestellingen, voorraadbeheer en leverancierscontacten

• Mee opvolgen van projecten van start tot oplevering

• Helpen structuur brengen in de organisatie

Wie ben jij?

• Je hebt interesse in maatwerkmeubilair en interieurprojecten

• Je denkt probleemoplossend en hebt oog voor detail

• Je hebt een bachelor denkniveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring

• Ervaring in de sector is een plus, maar geen vereiste

• Je hebt de ambitie om door te groeien naar een leidinggevende rol

• Je bent communicatief, hands-on en praktisch ingesteld

• Je werkt gestructureerd en hebt organisatorisch inzicht

• Je bent leergierig en wil verantwoordelijkheid opnemen

• Je past in een KMO-context: flexibel, zelfstandig en actiegericht

• Talen: Nederlands (Engels of Frans is een plus)
