Drijf jij op het optimaliseren van productieprocessen en weet jij hoe je een fabrieksvloer naar topniveau tilt? Voor een no-nonsense, groeiende onderneming in de regio Kortrijk zoeken wij een gedreven Production Manager die strategisch inzicht naadloos koppelt aan een zichtbare aanwezigheid op de vloer. In deze spilfunctie stuur je de volledige operationele keten aan en til je de capaciteit, kwaliteit én de groepsgeest naar een hoger niveau.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Operationele Leiding: Je geeft direct sturing aan de ploegchefs en bent de eindverantwoordelijke voor de aansturing van circa 60 productiemedewerkers.
  • Procesoptimalisatie & Lean: Je analyseert goederenstromen en trekt projecten rond automatisering, digitalisering (ERP) en verspillingsreductie.
  • Rendement & Veiligheid: Je bewaakt de belangrijkste KPI's (OEE, doorlooptijden, kwaliteitsnormen) en stuurt proactief bij op de resultaten.
  • Machinepark & Maintenance: In nauwe samenwerking met het technische team zorg je voor een continue uptime en een doordacht preventief onderhoudsplan.
  • Cross-functionele Afstemming: Je werkt nauw samen met Engineering, Supply Chain en HR om projecten strak op te leveren en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan het management.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Een Master- of Bacheloropleiding (technisch of bedrijfskundig) gekoppeld aan een bewezen track record als leidinggevende binnen een industriële of verwerkende omgeving.
  • Krachtig Leiderschap: Je bent een toegankelijke, kordate people manager die rust brengt bij drukte en teams weet te motiveren.
  • Digital & Analytical Mindset: Ruime ervaring met ERP-systemen (zoals MS Dynamics) en een scherpe analytische blik op cijfers en processen.
  • Vloergerichtheid: Je combineert strategisch en administratief werk moeiteloos met een actieve aanwezigheid op de fabrieksvloer.
