Dit gevestigde bedrijf uit regio Roeselare gaat namelijk op zoek naar een Production Manager. In deze rol kan je een directe impact maken op de dagelijkse werking én de toekomst van de organisatie. Dit familiebedrijf staat bekend om zijn expertise binnen de metaalindustrie. Met toepassingen in uiteenlopende sectoren zoals magazijninrichting, carrosserie en tuinbouw, geniet het bedrijf van een sterke reputatie. Hoewel het een traditioneel productiebedrijf is, investeren ze actief in digitalisatie en procesoptimalisatie. Je komt terecht in een informele werksfeer waar jouw technische kennis en praktische aanpak echt het verschil maken.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je bewaakt het volledige productieproces en stuurt bij waar nodig
  • Daarnaast beheer je de dagelijkse planning en organiseer je de productieactiviteiten
  • Als verantwoordelijke stuur je een team van operatoren aan en zorg je voor een vlotte uitvoering en begeleiding
  • Verder controleer je alle machines en zorg je voor een optimale werking
  • Tot slot draag je de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit van de geproduceerde profielen
  • Je hebt minstens een technisch Bachelordiploma (Elektromechanica) of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Bovendien beschik je over enkele jaren leidinggevende ervaring binnen een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in de metaalindustrie
  • Kennis van Autocad en technische affiniteit zijn noodzakelijk
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en weet je verstaanbaar te maken in het Engels
