Jobomschrijving

Als Production Material Coördinator ben je de schakel tussen productie en planning. Je zorgt ervoor dat grondstoffen en verpakkingsmaterialen tijdig beschikbaar zijn zodat het productieproces optimaal kan blijven draaien.

Daarnaast sta je in voor een correcte voorraadopvolging en ondersteun je de dagelijkse productieplanning.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Voorzien van productielijnen van productiedossiers volgens de planning.
  • Opvolgen van de productievoortgang en afstemmen van voorraden.
  • Coördineren en opvolgen van rework-processen.
  • Beheren van verpakkingsmaterialen, labels en bijhorende voorraad.
  • Organiseren van de tijdige aanvoer van materialen op basis van de productieplanning.
  • Uitvoeren van stockcorrecties in SAP.
  • Coördineren van de stroom van nieuwe en gebruikte pallets.
  • Behandelen van verpakkingsgerelateerde klachten.
  • Opvolgen van verouderde of overtollige grondstoffen.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor productievragen rond materialen en voorraad.
  • Ondersteunen van het planningsteam en back-up zijn voor grondstoffenplanning.
  • Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en wettelijke voorschriften.
  • Bacheloropleiding, bij voorkeur in Logistiek, Supply Chain, Management Assistant of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Relevante ervaring binnen planning, voorraadbeheer, supply chain of aankoop is een sterke troef.
  • Goede kennis van voorraadbeheer en logistieke processen.
  • Ervaring met SAP is een belangrijk pluspunt.
  • Administratief sterk en nauwkeurig.
  • Proactieve ingesteldheid en zelfstandig kunnen werken.
  • Teamspeler met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
