Wil jij het verschil maken op de werkvloer van een internationale machinebouwer? Heb je daarnaast ervaring met leidinggeven in een productieomgeving of wil je jouw eerste stappen als Productiemanager zetten in een technisch uitdagende sector? Dan is deze rol zeker wat je zoekt!

In de regio van Roeselare werkt een team van 200 collega’s samen aan de ontwikkeling en bouw van robuuste machines voor de automotive sector. Alles gebeurt in eigen huis: van ontwerp tot assemblage. Technische kennis en praktische aanpak gaan hier hand in hand. De werksfeer is collegiaal en direct, met veel ruimte voor initiatief.

Ter versterking van het productieteam voor een specifieke afdeling, zoeken ze een Production Supervisor die mee inzet op kwaliteitsvolle productie en continue verbetering.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je ondersteunt de Productiemanager bij het opstellen van een realistische en haalbare productieplanning voor jouw toegewezen product gamma
  • Optimalisatie van capaciteit, materiaalbeschikbaarheid en seizoensplanning staan centraal bij het efficiënt aansturen van mensen en middelen
  • Leiding geven aan het productieteam betekent ook coachen, werk verdelen, opvolgen en actief ingrijpen bij montageproblemen
  • Door actief mee te werken aan line balancing en het beheer van masterdata in het ERP-systeem, verhoog je de efficiëntie en verkort je de doorlooptijd
  • Je bewaakt de winstgevendheid en innovatie binnen jouw segment door nieuwe producten te coördineren en verbeterprojecten te trekken
  • Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in een technische richting
  • Daarnaast heb je reeds een eerste ervaring achter de rug binnen productie, bij voorkeur in een leidinggevende functie
  • Goede kennis Nederlands en Engels
