AGO Jobs & HR Geel is opzoek naar een productmanager voor een familiebedrijf dat al meer dan 60 jaar kwaliteitsvolle Belgische chocolade produceert en exporteert naar meer dan 100 landen. Als productmanager maak je deel uit van het marketing- en portfolioteam en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de ontwikkeling van een gespecialiseerd product gamma binnen premium chocoladeproducten.

Je speelt een sleutelrol in het volledige traject: van conceptontwikkeling tot marktintroductie.

Je werkt nauw samen met sales, productie en andere interne stakeholders en draagt rechtstreeks bij aan de groei, positionering en rendabiliteit van het assortiment.

Takenpakket:

Portfolio & Merkbeheer

  • Beheren en optimaliseren van het product portfolio binnen toegewezen categorieën.
  • Analyseren van markttrends, concurrentie en consumentenbehoeften.
  • Formuleren van aanbevelingen rond assortiment, prijsstrategie, branding en verpakkingen.
  • Bewaken van de balans tussen omzet, marges, kosten en marketinginvesteringen.

Productontwikkeling & Projectmanagement

  • Coördineren van productontwikkelingsprojecten van concept tot lancering.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen zoals sales, productie en aankoop.
  • Meewerken aan innovatieprocessen en nieuwe productintroducties.
  • Zorgen voor een efficiënte en tijdige uitvoering van projecten.
  • Hogere opleiding binnen een economische richting (bachelor-na-bachelor of master).
  • Relevante ervaring in productmanagement binnen FMCG of consumentengoederen, bij voorkeur in een premium segment.
  • Sterk inzicht in marketingstrategieën, productpositionering en waardecreatie.
  • Kennis van verpakkingsontwikkeling, innovatieprocessen en productlifecycle management.
  • Analytische ingesteldheid met oog voor cijfers, marktontwikkelingen en trends.
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands en Engels, extra talen zijn een plus.
  • Goede kennis van MS Office en affiniteit met digitale tools en AI-toepassingen binnen marketing.
  • Ondernemende mindset en affiniteit met een dynamische, internationale werkomgeving.
