Neben der Global Hydro Energy GmbH in Oberösterreich, welche auf dem Gebiet der Wasserkraftwerkstechnik führend ist, bietet die Hereschwerke GmbH in der Steiermark Komplettlösungen für Elektro- und Gebäudesystemtechnik an.

Deine Aufgaben - das erwartet Dich

* Verantwortung für das laufende Produktionscontrolling sowie Aufbereitung und Analyse relevanter Produktionskennzahlen

* Analyse von Produktivitäten, Fertigungsstunden und Kapazitätsauslastungen sowie Identifikation von Abweichungen und Optimierungspotenzialen

* Durchführung von Soll-/Ist-Vergleichen und Analyse von Herstell-, Material- und Fertigungskosten

* Erstellung von Nachkalkulationen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen

* Mitarbeit im Projektcontrolling sowie laufende Analyse der wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung unserer Projekte

* Überwachung von Projektbudgets, Kostenentwicklungen und Abweichungen

* Unterstützung bei der Abrechnung und Dokumentation von Förderprojekten

* Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung aussagekräftiger Reports, Kennzahlen und Dashboards mit Microsoft Power BI sowie aktive Weiterentwicklung der zugrunde liegenden ERP-, Daten- und Reportingstrukturen

Dein Profil - das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (FH, Uni) mit Controlling-Schwerpunkt

* Mindestens 5-10 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise in einem Konzernumfeld

* Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen, hohe Zahlenaffinität sowie strategisches Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge

* Kommunikationsstarke, engagierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigeninitiative sowie einer selbstständigen und praxisorientierten Arbeitsweise

* Ausgezeichnete Excel-Kenntnisse, versierter Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie allgemein ausgeprägte IT-Affinität

* Entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
