Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Produktionsleiter / Fertigungsleiter (m/w/d) - Maschinenbau ab sofort in Vollzeitanstellung:

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Produktionsleitung: Gesamtverantwortung für den reibungslosen Ablauf in der Zerspanung (Drehen/Fräsen) und Schweißerei.

* Personalführung: Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung des Produktionsteams (ca. 20 Mitarbeiter) inklusive Produktionsplanung.

* Arbeitsvorbereitung & Planung: Planung und Kontrolle der Fertigungsaufträge unter Berücksichtigung von Terminen, Qualität und Kosten. Lieferterminauskunft an Kunden und Betreuung der laufenden Aufträge

* Qualitätssicherung: Sicherstellung hoher Qualitätsstandards sowie Optimierung der Fertigungsprozesse.

* Lehrlingsausbildung: Aktive Unterstützung und Leitung der Ausbildung unserer Metalltechnik-Lehrlinge.

* Schnittstellenfunktion: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung, Arbeitsvorbereitung und Fertigung.

Ihr Profil:

* Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Metalltechnik (z.B. Maschinenbautechnik, Zerspanungstechnik).

* Weiterbildung: Meister, Werkmeister oder HTL-Abschluss von Vorteil.

* Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Zerspanungstechnik (CNC-Drehen/Fräsen) und idealerweise schweißtechnische Kenntnisse.

* Führungserfahrung: Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung im Produktionsumfeld.

* Persönlichkeit: Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, Durchsetzungsstärke und Teamgeist.
