Unser Familienbetrieb beliefert namhafte Handelsketten in ganz Europa. Zur Verstärkung unseres Produktionsleiterteams suchen wir eine engagierte Führungskraft für unsere Produktion.

Gemeinsam mit einem weiteren Produktionsleiter tragen Sie die Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf. 1 Produktionsleiter/in (m/w/d) Vollzeit Dienstort 4762 St. Willibald 3-Schichtbetrieb

Ihre wichtigste Aufgabe:

Sie stellen sicher, dass die geplanten Produktionsmengen in der geforderten Qualität hergestellt werden.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Verantwortung für Produktionsmenge und Qualität in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich

* Führung und Koordination der Mitarbeiter in der Produktion

* Produktions- und Personalplanung

* Sicherstellung eines stabilen und effizienten Produktionsablaufs

* Einhaltung unserer Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards

* Überwachung von Ausschuss, Verlusten, Rüstzeiten und Produktionsleistung

* Rasches Erkennen und Lösen von Problemen im laufenden Produktionsbetrieb

* Klare Vorgaben an die Mitarbeiter_innen und konsequente Umsetzung vereinbarter Ziele

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Qualitätssicherung, Technik, Logistik und weiteren Abteilungen

* Mitarbeit bei der laufenden Verbesserung unserer Produktionsabläufe in Kooperation mit dem bestehenden Produktionsleiter_innenteam

Ihr Profil

* Erfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen, idealerweise in der Lebensmittelproduktion

* Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeiter_innen

* Technisches und praktisches Verständnis für Produktionsabläufe

* Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein

* Strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Entscheidungsfreude und Durchsetzungsvermögen

* Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und auch im laufenden Betrieb präsent zu sein

* Erfahrung mit einem ERP-Warenwirtschaftssystem ist von Vorteil, insbesondere CSB

Eine Meisterprüfung, technische Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Lebensmittel- oder Produktionstechnik ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung. Entscheidend sind für uns Ihre praktische Erfahrung, Ihre Führungskompetenz und Ihr Verständnis für eine leistungsfähige Produktion.
