Entwicklung und Konstruktion, Lohnfertigung, Prototypen und Kleinserien - das Arbeitsspektrum ist umfangreich und zukunftsorientiert.

Produktionsmitarbeiter_in

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

* Sichtprüfung und Zusammenbau von extrem filigranen Kunststoff-Kleinteilen

* Durchführen von Qualitätskontrollen (Lupe bzw. dem Mikroskop)

* Sortieren und feinfühliges Verpacken von leicht zerbrechlichen Komponenten

* Sorgfältige Dokumentation der fertigen Bauteile sowie abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeiten in der Produktion

Das bringen Sie mit

* Hohes Fingerspitzengefühl, eine ruhige Hand und ein ausgeprägter Blick fürs Detail

* Freude an präziser Handarbeit und feingliedrigen Tätigkeiten

* Geduld, hohe Konzentrationsfähigkeit und eine aktive, zuverlässige sowie sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

* Bereitschaft zum 2-Schichtbetrieb

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse für eine reibungslose Kommunikation, Dienstanweisungen und Dokumentation

* Keine Vorkenntnisse erforderlich - ideal für Einsteiger_innen dank kurzer Anlernphase

* Eigener Privat-Pkw von Vorteil, um den Dienstort bei Schichtdienst auch zu Randzeiten problemlos zu erreichen
