So groß wir in Österreich sind, so familiär sind unsere Teams vor Ort. 1 Produktionsmitarbeiter_in Was du tun wirst:

* Dein Hauptaufgabengebiet liegt in der Produktion als Maschinenbediener_in, Einsteller_in oder Mitarbeiter_in.

* Je nach Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Eignung gibt es mehrere offene Positionen zu besetzen.

* Von einfacheren Tätigkeiten wie Latten legen bzw. Pakete zusammenstellen, sortieren und schlichten ist alles dabei.

* Die anspruchsvolleren Arbeiten liegen in der Anlagenbedienung, welche dir nach einer Einarbeitungszeit zur selbstständigen Erledigung im Unternehmen übertragen werden. Das bedeutet, du übernimmst wichtige Aufgaben innerhalb der Produktionslinie.

Was du mitbringst:

* Im Idealfall hast du eine berufliche Ausbildung in der Holzproduktion oder in einem technischen Bereich für die Anlagenführung.

* Ist dies nicht der Fall, wirst du im Unternehmen auf alle notwendigen Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten eingeschult und angelernt.

* Wichtig sind uns der Wille zu arbeiten und ein gesunder Hausverstand.

* Pünktlichkeit, Verlässlichkeit und eine positive Arbeitseinstellung sind Grundvoraussetzungen.

* Körperliche Fitness, Belastbarkeit sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, damit du die an dich gestellten Aufgaben lesen, verstehen und umsetzen kannst.

* Bereitschaft zu Mehr- und Überstunden.

* Im Normalfall Arbeitszeiten in einer 4-Tage-Woche von Montag bis Donnerstag von 06:00 bis 16:30 Uhr inklusive Pause.
