Und damit hat er sich auch einen guten Arbeitsplatz verdient. 1 Produktionsmitarbeiter_in / Wärmebahandlungstechniker Tätigkeitsbereich:

· Vorbereitung und Chargierung von Werkstücken für die Wärmebehandlung

· Bedienung und Überwachung moderner Wärmebehandlungsanlagen mit EDV-Unterstützung

· Durchführung verschiedener Wärmebehandlungsverfahren wie:

o Vergüten

o Nitrieren

o Einsatzhärten

o Spannungsarmglühen

· Qualitätskontrolle und Prozessüberwachung während der Behandlung

· Verpacken und Verladen der fertigen Produkte

· Durchführung von Reinigungs- und Wartungsarbeiten im Rahmen der autonomen Instandhaltung

· Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Umweltstandards

Fachliche Anforderungen:

· Abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung (z. B. Metalltechnik, Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar)

· Erste Berufserfahrung in einem Produktions- oder Industriebetrieb von Vorteil

· Kran- und Staplerschein

· Grundkenntnisse in ERP-Systemen sowie MS Office

· Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick

· Selbstständige, zuverlässige und genaue Arbeitsweise

· Teamgeist und hohe Lernbereitschaft

· Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-Betrieb

· Hohes Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein

· Sorgfältige, genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

· Technisches Interesse und ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Produktionsprozesse

· Zuverlässigkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative

· Lernbereitschaft und Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung im Bereich Wärmebehandlungstechnik

Für diese Position gilt der Kollektivvertrag der Eisen- und Metallverarbeitenden Industrie.

Das monatliche Mindestbruttogehalt beträgt € 3.531,57.
