Deine Aufgaben:Jedes neue Mitglied in unserer Produktion durchläuft ein spannendes Qualifizierungsprogramm, wo du alles Wissenswertes über unsere Produktion, deren Abläufe und unsere Produkte lernst. Zu Beginn unterstützt du die Produktionsanlagenverantwortlichen an den jeweiligen Anlagen und führst einfache Rüsttätigkeiten an den Anlagen nach Unterweisung durch den Anlagenverantwortlichen durch. Nach dem Ausbildungsprogramm kannst du dich selbst zum Anlagenverantwortlichen weiterentwickeln. Das kommt aber ganz auf dich an.
