Zeit für eine neue Herausforderung

* Entwicklung und Umsetzung effizienter Produktions- und Fertigungskonzepte für Prototypen und Serien

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung und Design zur fertigungsgerechten Produktgestaltung (DFM)

* Planung, Koordination und Begleitung von Musteraufbauten sowie Sicherstellung der Produktionsreife

* Erstellung von Prozess-, Layout- und Arbeitskonzepten für eine reibungslose Fertigung

* Steuerung der Beschaffung von Anlagen, Werkzeugen und Betriebsmitteln - von der Spezifikation bis zur Inbetriebnahme

* Bewertung technischer Änderungen hinsichtlich Kosten, Qualität, Risiken und Terminen

* Überwachung von Projektzielen sowie Unterstützung beim erfolgreichen Serienanlauf und der Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen

Skills sind der Schlüssel

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL/Studium) mit Schwerpunkt Produktions- oder Automatisierungstechnik

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Produktions- oder Prozessplanung, vorzugsweise im E-Mobility- oder Automotive-Umfeld

* Know-how in der Planung von Fertigungsprozessen, Anlagen und Produktionslayouts

* Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Organisationsgeschick sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

* Offenheit für neue Technologien, Flexibilität und hohe Eigeninitiative

* Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch

Gehalt

Für diese Position gilt ein Monatsbruttogehalt von € 3.800 bis € 4.600.

Geboten wird eine marktkonforme Überzahlung abhängig von Qualifikationen und Erfahrung.
