Wir suchen ab sofort für unseren Kunden in 1 Produktionstechniker*in Pharma Wen suchen wir?

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung

* Fundierte Berufserfahrung in einem GMP-regulierten Bereich der Pharma- oder Biotechindustrie von Vorteil

* Mindestens 3 - 4 Jahre Erfahrung als Techniker*in von Vorteil

* Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (1-/2-/3-Schichtbetrieb)

* Kommunikative, verantwortungsbewusste und vorbildliche Persönlichkeit mit Freude an der Teamarbeit

* Geschicklichkeit im Umgang mit Produktionsanlagen

* Bereitschaft und Flexibilität, bei Bedarf Zusatzaufgaben im Produktions- und Verpackungsbereich zu übernehmen

* Belastbare und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Genaue, selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Sichere Deutschkenntnisse

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Bereitschaft zur Einhaltung der Clean-Shave-Policy

Was erwarten wir?

* Durchführung von Produktionsschritten gemäß Herstellvorschriften im Schichtbetrieb (Früh/Spät/Nacht)

* Bedienung, Überwachung und Rüsten von Produktionsanlagen

* Bereitstellung von Materialien und Rohstoffen

* Einwaage von Rohstoffen in Produktionscontainer/-gebinde

* Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierung

* Meldung und Mitbearbeitung von Betriebsstörungen sowie Unterstützung bei Ursachenanalysen und Lösungsumsetzungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Schichtleiter*in

* Sorgfältige Dokumentation aller Produktionsaktivitäten (z. B. Chargendokumentation) gemäß GMP-Richtlinien

* Reinigung von Maschinen, Anlagen und Produktionsräumen

* Förderung der Sicherheitskultur sowie Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsrichtlinien

* Mitwirkung bei Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

* Sicherstellung eines aktuellen Schulungsstatus

* Selbständige Durchführung aller Tätigkeiten im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich

* Behebung von Störungen im laufenden Produktionsbetrieb

* Durchführung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltung Arbeiten an Produktionsequipment

* Manuelle Inventur sowie laufende Kontrolle von Verschleiß- und Ersatzteilen

* Betreuung und Unterstützung von Fremdfirmen während Wartungs- und Stillstands Phasen

Das erwartet Dich bei uns!

* Der Verdienst beträgt EUR 21,59 brutto pro Stunde exkl. Zulagen. Überzahlungen sind je nach Qualifikation und Einsatz möglich. Bei Eignung bieten wir eine langfristige Arbeitsstelle mit der Chance auf Übernahme in ein fixes Dienstverhältnis!
